This is where i will post things like menus for events and vendor sign up sheets for craft fairs.

My business Interludes with Impact is a sole proprietorship, with a valid tax account for Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

Any money I collect from sponsors who advertise, and admissions is used to cover costs of the show,

and local taxes are paid on it. The remainder of net from any of the events I do , is given to the Group I am assisting.

Whenever possible I set the charity up at the events to collect direct donations, & donations from food that they do on their own.

It is those funds that I try to get matched from my relationship with other entities.

With day of event donations, and any other donations from the lead-up to the event counted, go toward those matching totals.

Yes , I do these fundraisers for no charge to the charity, that I am helping.

And I pay taxes on the ticket/admissions fees i collect if tickets are being sold, instead of donations
